A system that turns events into work
When something changes in many different apps, this system notices it and turns it into a task for call and contact teams. It also keeps 50,000+ contacts in sync with clinic software every day.
5M requests a dayI plan big systems, build them with my own hands, and help engineers do their best work. From a college startup to platforms used every day by thousands of businesses.
I work where big technical choices meet the people who build them.
I design how the parts of a big system fit together, so it stays fast and reliable as it grows. Data flows, databases, logins and access, and systems that serve many customers at once.
I build AI voice assistants that talk to real customers on the phone. One of them handles about 80% of calls on its own, across more than 20 locations.
I hire engineers, teach them, and review their plans. I have hired a full team from zero and reviewed system plans for a group of over 200 developers.
A few projects I am proud of, in plain words.
When something changes in many different apps, this system notices it and turns it into a task for call and contact teams. It also keeps 50,000+ contacts in sync with clinic software every day.
5M requests a dayOne shared base that new AI helpers plug into, so the team does not rebuild the voice basics each time. It decides what step comes next and has a safe backup plan if the AI fails.
20,000+ patient talks a dayAt my own startup I chose every product, hired every engineer, and built pharmacy software, shopping apps and a truck-hiring app. We moved everything to a new cloud with zero downtime.
2000+ pharmaciesA main server shares licenses with many client servers. If a client goes over its limit, it gets 30 days to fix it before new devices stop sending logs. It runs with real customers.
Live in productionI started with hardware in college. I built a pill dispenser with my own circuit boards and a 3D printer that decorates cakes. That same year, I co-founded a startup.
Then I joined Zoho and learned how large, serious software is built. Later I went back to my startup as CTO, raised money, hired a team and served over 2000 pharmacies. After that, I moved to AI voice and platform work at CareStack and VoiceStack.
I like the mix of both worlds. A founder's sense of ownership, and the care of a big company.
About systems, AI, building teams, or anything in between.
